In order to truly produce an international standard of high quality, the URN Focus Group needs the active participation of experts
(practitioners and academics) in the areas of requirements and software engineering, goal/agent-oriented modelling,
scenario-based modelling, visual and textual languages, formal techniques, and design/automation tools.
There are obviously many levels of participation, including documents
drafting and reviewing, experimentation, standardization strategies,
formalization, linking to other notations and languages, etc. Much of the work
can be done through electronic means, via the Internet. The results produced
by the URN Focus Group will be reported to ITU-T Study Group 17, where this
work needs to be approved.
We also encourage the participation of people from different countries and
companies, in order to get as many different views as possible.
